Helen Davies
Founder-led and experience-driven, every adventure is crafted from firsthand knowledge, trusted local connections, and a genuine love for Africa.
As the founder of Rock My Adventure, Helen has spent the last 17 years exploring Africa and more than 10 years leading small-group tours across 19 African countries.
From tracking gorillas in Uganda and exploring remote islands in Sierra Leone to uncovering hidden gems far from the usual tourist trail, her passion has always been helping travellers experience the real Africa. Every itinerary is personally researched and built from first-hand experience, local knowledge, and trusted connections developed over nearly two decades on the road.
Helen founded Rock My Adventure to create authentic, adventure-filled trips that bring together like-minded travellers, meaningful local experiences, and unforgettable memories. When she’s not leading tours, you’ll usually find her scouting new destinations, researching unique experiences, or sharing her adventures through her travel blog, Helen in Wonderlust.
